MUST DO's!
You must be thinking about the Temple quest chain (which leads into Shadow Fox) and the quest chain starting with Relic Exploration.
Two things: Temple quest chain (Temple Executioner + Temple Missionary -> Temple Champion 1 -> Temple Champion 2 -> Shadow Fox I -> Shadow Fox II -> Shadow Fox III -> Fallen Angel Request of Dusk OR Dawn) is a straight-up quest chain with only the last quest being mutually exclusively.
The second quest chain starting with Relic Exploration is far more restrictive. Essentially this quest chain is 4 quests. The best quest line to follow here is: Relic Exploration -> Nikola's Cooperation - Consideartion -> Nikola's Heart -> Lost Dream. All the other ones are excluded as you choose a certain path. The line abovementioned is the fastest line and as adena gains are extremely marginally different at best (and the other routes's extra adena gain is usually outdone by the costs of teleportation and the time required to do various different tasks) the overriding factor is that the XP/SP rewards are identical.

Total reward should be in the area of 689.960 adena + 1.887.197 XP + 119.670 SP on 1x rates on 5x rates totalling 3.449.800 adena, 9.435.985 XP and 598.350 SP. Not quite as impressive as your initial thought of 6.6 million but still a substantial 3.4 million.
